En este contexto, los colaboradores deben adaptarse a los cambios frecuentes que, a menudo, cuestionan su manera de trabajar. Estos son nuestros 4 consejos para acompa\u00f1ar el cambio y los medios relacionados con cada etapa de nuestra curva del cambio.<\/span><\/p><h3><span class=\"s1\">Etapa 1: la negaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h3><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">El cambio produce temor. En un principio, a menudo, somos incapaces de percibir las ventajas del cambio y no entendemos su sentido. Para acompa\u00f1ar dicha negaci\u00f3n, si se est\u00e1 a cargo del cambio, es necesario repetir los cambios anunciados y sus ventajas sin entrar en discusiones. Se recomienda hacer preguntas abiertas para que la persona pueda expresar su descontento o sus temores.<\/span><\/p><h3><span class=\"s1\">Etapa 2: resistencia al cambio<\/span><\/h3><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Una vez que el cambio parece inevitable, a menudo, implementamos estrategias para evitarlo y buscamos soluciones o buenas razones para no adoptarlo. Para acompa\u00f1ar la fase de resistencia, es necesario atenerse a los hechos, sin iniciar argumentaciones y escuchar las dificultades de los otros sin intentar solucionarlas.<\/span><\/p><h3><span class=\"s1\">Etapa 3: la descompensaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h3><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Es la fase donde el nivel de energ\u00eda est\u00e1 m\u00e1s deca\u00eddo, no nos oponemos m\u00e1s al cambio, pero sentimos des\u00e1nimo y cierta falta de motivaci\u00f3n. Estamos resignados y los cambios nos parecen a\u00fan muy dif\u00edciles de implementar. Para acompa\u00f1ar esta fase, es necesario destacar los aspectos positivos de las modificaciones y motivar a los colaboradores resaltando los primeros avances.<\/span><\/p><h3><span class=\"s1\">Etapa 4: la integraci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h3><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">La integraci\u00f3n del cambio se constituye de dos fases: la integraci\u00f3n conceptual, en la que somos capaces de proyectar el cambio hacia el futuro, y la integraci\u00f3n comportamental, en la que somos capaces de adaptar nuestros comportamientos a nuestra nueva realidad y donde abandonamos nuestros antiguos comportamientos.
