About the COSS App<\/h2>\n

The COSS - Certificate of Soft Skills application was designed by 5Feedback in partnership with ESSEC Business School and leading human resources and recruitment professionals.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the COSS app, students can now objectively attest to their level of soft skills, mad skills and even technical skills on their CVs. They can also learn more about themselves professionally and better prepare for recruitment interviews.<\/p>\n

En quelques clics, ils demandent du feedback \u00e0 leur r\u00e9seau (tuteurs, professionnels, \u00e9tudiants, corps professoral,…) et obtiennent un badge attestant de leur niveau parmi 36 soft skills, 20 mad skills et les comp\u00e9tences techniques issues des syllabi de leur programme.<\/p>\n

The application lets you publish your score and Open Badges on your CV, on LinkedIn or in a skills portfolio.<\/p>\n

How does it work?<\/h2>\n

\u2022 COSS by 5Feedback is available on the App Store and Google Play<\/p>\n

- It enables us to measure students' level of soft and technical skills by asking for feedback from those around them (tutors, professionals, students, school referents).<\/p>\n

\u2022 In less than a minute, the respondents answer the feedback requests.<\/p>\n
